    Default CWS 5 Hangs on log-in - Mac

    Hi,

    I'm finding CWS 5.1 + 5.2 hangs when I try to log-in as Admin. Doesn't give me an error, just hangs. I can log-in as Guest but not Operator or Admin. This is on OSX.5 + X.6 boxes. There is no password on our Fiery. Oddly, it works on one of our X.6 Macs just fine. Where do I begin my troubleshooting?

    Hello SirSpeedyBoston,
    The issue could possibly be related to previously installed Fiery utilities on some of the Macs.
    Please visit our Fiery Support area on www.efi.com and select EFI Software. Then download the Fiery Software Uninstaller for Mac OSX. Run the utility and it is recommended that you now install CWS 5.3 - which has recently been released.
