I have a customer that upgraded to 1.3 and does not have the option for stapling. I am trying to revert the Vue to 1.2 and the website downloads 1.3 each time. Any info will help out tremendously. Thank you for your reply.

Since VUE has limitations on feature use... is there any way I could send to HOLD to make additional settings for the jobs sent. Whenever I use the print function the file is delivered directly to the printer.
