We're having the following issue when saving server presets: We specify an Accounting System, such as XSA, but after saving the preset to the server, and then applying it or editing it, the Accounting System has been set to none. This is CWS 6.1.0.28 on a EX-C C8000.

We have 3 users running CWS 5.8. All were upgraded to Windows 1703 on our desktops after which frequent disconnects between desktop CWS and Fiery at printer controller occur. Disconnects occur every 5-10 minutes. I upgraded to CWS 6.0 but this don't not fix the problem. Any advice? Thanks!

I am using hot folders to get my files into CW. I set them up to use process and hold. How do I get them to move to the printed queue after they are printed. Which setting do I use to get this to happen. It is creating a lot of confusion about what is printed and what is not.
