Hi
I've tried several times to run the JobFlow updater from Fiery Software Manager but the installer get to the point of Stopping Services or Unistalling Services, then quits and shows the Upgrade button again.

I have tried running in Safe Mode but get the same result.

Any advice?

So the only way I could get this to work was to reinstall the software but, not being given any option to keep files or settings during removal, I have now lost all my workflows! Not impressed!

Gavin, JobFlow automatically makes a backup of your JobFlow environment once a day. You should be able to restore from that backup and have a fully working environment again. Please let us know if we can help further.
