Can't use Pitstop 13.2 preflights

Should I be able to use a preflight created in Pitstop Pro 13 update 2 with JobFlow (2.2.00.35, running Pitstop Pro 13 update 1)?
Thus far, I'm not having any luck. The preflights I create are causing jobs to fail at the preflight step everytime, even if it is a preflight that was setup and working fine and the only change was to re-export (no new checks/functions added).
