I get this Error window when trying to activate license for an ES2000, S/N 7 28 360 for CPS4 on an EX2100 when launching CPS:

Activation License window: "Installing the license files (*.lic) did not result in a valid activation"

Any ideas how to activate this spectro?

There is no CPS activation on the ES-2000 serial number you provied. Please contact EFI support to help you with this issue at: 855-334-4457

You will need your CPS LAC code with your ES-2000's serial number to receive support.

I think that is because CPS is bundled into this solution to drive the Full Width Array. Turns out one of our analysts had the answer. Here's what I wrote to the Xerox DL:

Iíve licensed CPS! Yea!

Thanks to Ken Scott who told me to check the CPS version against the version in the license string. They were different, so I upgraded CPS to 4.6 and it took the license.
