View Full Version : Fiery print controller for the Konica Minolta Bizhub printer wont clear log

A user is unable to clear the print logs. She gets options for “Export” “Export & Clear” and “Clear”. but only the “Export” button was available (the others show, but are sort of grayed out). What is causing this and how can I fix it?

Hello,

It sounds as if the user is logged into CWS as Operator. Can you log into CWS as Administrator and clear the logs?

Any way to change the admin PW? Whoever set it years ago doesnt work here anymore.
