I have a Canon CLC 1120 printer. It's connected to a Canon V35 ColorPass.
For some reason, everything that is running through the ColorPass is printing solid black. This just started.
Can you help?

Typically, when a problem like this occurs, it is related to a hardware failure. I've not seen system software failures cause solid black prints. I would recommend you check cable connections and possibly also have your service tech try reseating the interface board in the Fiery (this is the board that the cable between the fiery and copier connects to). Beyond that, you may have a video IF board failure.

You may be able to find a local vendor which still has some parts in stock. It might also be worthwhile to check with your regional Canon service organization. Beyond that unfortunately, as this product was discontinued around 10 years ago, there is no longer any support for it.
