Hello,

Our customer has a bustled Fiery System 8 on a Xerox DC260.
Their internet service provider requires SSL. The Fiery supports port 445(?) for scan to email, but the ISP requires 465. Is there any way to change it, or is there a known workaround?

I appreciate any help that can be given!

The Fiery supports port 443 for SSL and 445 for SMB/IP. I am not aware of any means to change that. Thanks, Craig

We will have to put our thinking caps on.
Is there a way to request this ability for future builds?

It is available on the Fiery's for 700DP, 550/560, etc. So really anything late system 8r2 and all system 9 and beyond.

I got a patch for my Ricoh E-7100 which enabled that option. It's not there out of the box but I guess Ricoh asked EFI to add it later.

Thank you. I am trying to obtain the exact config. from the analyst right now.
Xerox 2nd level support is now involved, so maybe a spar will be issued, but that can take some time.
