We got some issues with printing text on tab paper. The text that should be on the tabs does not fit correctly(1 tab of five is fine, but the text on the last tab is out of range). We are using CWS5.1.04 with sequence suite. The tab paper we are using is in A4 size. It seems, that the internal calculation of the text is based on letter format.
Fiery J200 with version 1.21 is in use.As output device we have attached an imagePRESS1135.

Does the first tab ear start right at the edge of the page or is there an offset between the edge of the page and the first tab ear? For example, if I hold the page so the tabs are on the right, does the first tab ear begin at the top of the page or does it begin a small distance below the top?

The Fiery assumes that there will be an offset of one half inch (about 12 mm) offset from the edge of the page and the beginning of the first tab ear and a corresponding offset at the opposite end of the tabs. The spacing of the tabs is based on this assumption.

If this seems to be the source of your issue, I would recommend that you contact your Canon dealer to escalate the issue to EFI for a solution.

If this is not the issue, can you provide more details regarding the set up of your tab media, such as Paper Catalog settings, job settings, etc.
