EFI Hot Folders v3.0.0.51

Our IC-308 PC filled up because original files were being kept on disk. We found the option to "clear original files" under the edit > preferences menu and set it to "files older than 30 days". We did this about a week ago but nothing has happened: files older than 30 days are still on disk. Is there a way to force the cleanup procedure?

In the interim, we moved/deleted some files manually to make space on disk. This manual intervention did not appear to have an adverse impact on the software.

There is no Fiery controller identified as an IC-308. To determine what Fiery you have exactly:
1.) What KM name is your controller? (IC-305, IC-306, IC-408, etc.)
2.) What copier model is it attached to?
3.) What system software version is Fiery at? Print a Configuration page, or check what Command Workstation ID's it as when you connect to it. Typically you'll see something like 1.0, 2.0, etc.
4.) Does Fiery itself have monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached to it. If so, what applications have been installed on Fiery?
