Need Konica Minolta C-350 & C-450 Windows 7 64bit efi print controller drivers
I recently upgraded my computers to Windows 7 64 bit after seeing a release that efi made changes so that their current IC401/402 drivers work on Windows7 64bit OS.

NOT QUITE SO. Unfortunately, while the driver allows you to print regular pages, all the print options are disabled. You can't pint duplex, booklet, fold and staple,etc.etc.

There is no user interface screen as in the older drivers (IC401 & IC402). I was told that special configuration is needed to get these options to work.

Does anyone know how to configure this interface for booklets and duplex printing? Please help me.

Where did you get 64-bit compat drivers, and, how are you configuring printers using these drivers?

I have posted drivers to ftp.efi.com

Look in "IC-401" and "IC-402" folders there.
I verified these drivers installed and worked correctly from Win7 Pro 64-bit / Office 2010 Starter edition.

I printed a 8-page document duplexed and stapled along left side.

When setting up printers I created a local printer using std. TCP/IP port

The IC-402 driver has the full Fiery user interface, but the IC-401 driver does not, as it is a PPD only driver.

The drives listed in the post above have been taken down.

I am having a terrible problems with the print spooler crashing on Windows 7 (32 & 64) machines failing when printing to the IC401.

If there is a verfied driver that I can get access to, it would be a big help.

Thank you.

Can you drop this file back in that ftp folder please? Thank you.

I see that IC-401 folder has been automatically removed again. Can you please make the IC-401 drivers available for download from the FTP site since they are not posted to the public support site for some reason.

Thank You for the fast response. Could you also reupload the 32bit version of the ic-401 driver? Is there any chance to stil buy a ic-401 controler in germany or europe? And Is there a way to use the mashine with mac os x 10.9 mavaricks (or an older os x version)?

Please go to Konica Minolta site to get 32-bit Windows 32-bit driver.

By the way, that Windows driver is on IC-401 User Software CD and also accessible from WebTools (in browser type as URL the IP address of your IC-401)

The IC-401 is a very old Fiery that is no longer sold as new from KM. Perhaps on internet you could find a used one?

The IC-401 does not support 10.7 and newer
