Help Please, I have a DI 5510 Copier connected to the network via a static IP. For whatever reason, it will no longer speak to the network. I can't print to it, I can't access it, I can't even ping it. I've tried changing the IP but nothing happens. The settings are all correct as far as I can tell, since setting have not be modified at all it just lost the connection.

Does it still print internal Fiery pages (config sheet) to the copier? If so can you then check all network settings visually. Does it save changes if you switch for example to DHCP? Did you test with another network cable, direct crossover connection from pc...?
If it was working before, you may request your supplier to have the System S/w reloaded.
