Can sombody please tell me were i can find the right drivers for this machine? I was searching all the website and my machine name was never specified. I saw many different fiery's, but never the right one. Is there a different driver package i have to download, is it possible i don't have to search for this specific device name?

The Konica Minolta download site has your driver

http://onyxftp.mykonicaminolta.com/download/Search.aspx?ht=

On that page, in selection columns, select:

"Color Products"
"Fiery CN3102e (CF3102)"
"Drivers"

...then select "Show" button in lower right corner to display available drivers and documentation for download

This is working, however when i installed the printer using this driver the printer name was not 'fiery x3e 31c-m ps v2.0'
And i don't have regular printing menu like i had before.

Do i have to install any additional software or do i need to use a different driver?

Thanks in advance.

It looks like you downloaded correct driver, but when installing it on your system you selected European ("eu") PPD during process to install driver on your machine instead of the US PPD.

Was that your intent?

I can't really remember i had this option but anyhow, i am european so it would be the option i would select.

So is there any solution for this problem? I have to reinstall it and select US?? This seems kind of odd to me.

>And i don't have regular printing menu like i had before.

What do you mean by this? Are you just missing the Installable Options?

Go to Printers Folder, Properties, Configuration.

Best regards,
Bruce

I mean the printing options like i had before with the previous drivers, like you see in the attachment(s) i added in this post.
And no i don't mean install options.

Sorry for the late recation, but the website was down.

Thanks in advance.

Are you missing the blue bars and only getting a very simple interface? If so I suspect you my have downloaded the basic PPD installer.

From the download site posted previously download the and install the V2.0 Postscript driver dated 1/29/2008, file size 7.15 MB. Installing this driver should give you the interface that you've shown.

If you had installed the V1.2 driver listed above the V2.0 driver, it would give a very basic interface that Windows provides.

Best regards,
Bruce
