Hi all,

I have a Firery device that i need to try and reset unfortunately i dont knwo what the password is in order to initiate the factory default commands. Ive tried the Fiery.1, Fiery1, 0000. 2222 etc but none seem to work.

Is there some sort of hardware reset i can do?

Help would be greatly appreciated

Did you try nothing entered in Password box at all?

Generally, in a situation such as yours, the Fiery must have it's system software reinstalled.

There might be a software tool "out there" that might (or might not) recover or reset your Fiery's password.

EFI does not support use of these tools

If i was to reload the software is there any such resource that i can get the software from?
